Many colleges don’t allow halogen lamp warmers due to fire safety restrictions. To ensure our candles are accessible and dorm-safe, we’re transitioning to flat hot plate warmers that are UL/ETL certified, bulb-free, and flameless.

Halogen lamps will still be available for a limited time—ideal for apartments, classrooms, or campuses where they’re still permitted. Please check your housing policies before purchasing.

You can safely leave the candle under the warmer for 2 to 8 hours at a time. Each lamp includes a built-in timer with options for 2H, 4H, and 8H to automatically shut off for peace of mind.

Most candles begin to emit fragrance within 5–10 minutes of being under the lamp. You’ll typically notice the scent fully filling the space in about 15–20 minutes, depending on the candle strength.

 Yes — other wax warmer lamps can absolutely be used with our wickless candles, as long as they use the proper GU10 halogen bulbs (50W).

Please use a 50-watt GU10 halogen bulb for best results. These are standard and widely available. And just to make it easy…
